Well Seasoned strips of beef sauteed with onions and peppers in a delicious creole sauce. Served over rice.

Glazed with honey, brown sugar, and a mix of spices. Covered with fresh pineapple. Slowly roasted to perfection.
JC's Honey Mustard Pulled Pork
Tender and juicy. Pulled from the bone. Seasoned and toasted in a special Jeff's Cuisine sauce.
Stuffed Pork Chops
Tender, hand-picked, thick pork chops, Rubbed with a blend of spices, stuffed, and roasted.
Roast Pork
Well seasoned pork shoulder. Roasted slowly in a creole mustard sauce.
Smoked Lobster
Steamed in a spicy Cajun Broth and slowly smoked over a blend of Hickory and Pecan Shells.
Cajun Fried Catfish
Fresh Catfish fillets marinated in a blend of herbs and spices. Breaded and cooked Mississippi Style.
Blackened Tilapia
Creole Shrimp Jambalaya
Large shrimp, all-beef smoked sausage, chicken, long-grain rice and a blend of peppers in a fine creole sauce.
Vegetarian Gumbo
Onion, Celery, Zucchini, Artichoke, Scallions, Tomatoes, Chick Peas, Cabbage, Collards, Mustard Greens, Carrots and a blend of Peppers sauteed in a flavorful vegetable stock. Served over a bed of rice.
Entrees serve 18 to 20 people.
